Online Agency Lab provides website design, development, and related digital marketing services to local businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon prior to project commencement.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Online Agency Lab, you agree to receive text messages related to our services. These may include outreach messages, follow-ups, mockup notifications, and scheduling links.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP. We will never share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Website build fees are due upon project agreement. Monthly care plan fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their website content and design. Online Agency Lab retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
Online Agency Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Clients may cancel their monthly care plan at any time with 30 days written notice to dean@onlineagencylab.com. Cancellation of the care plan does not affect ownership of the website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
